Mid-Campaign Checks That Actually Matter

What to photograph halfway through a partner wave — and what to ignore.

Endpoint Gridhub team

Week-one installs look tidy. Week-two floors tell the truth. Mid-campaign checks should hunt empty secondary displays, missing partner talkers, and competitor dumps that slid into your event space.

Photograph a wide bay and a tight offer shot. Timestamp and store code beat memory in a dual-brand debrief. Skip vanity metrics; count whether the agreed kit is still standing.

Share the same album with both partners the same day. Separate decks create separate realities and slow recovery visits.

Keep language calm in the report. The goal is a recovery list, not blame. Partners who feel attacked stop opening the next photo pack.
